AGREEMENTS BETWEEN APTED TECHNOLOGIES INC AND REMOTE
COMMUNITIES FOR THE CREATION OF LLC’S PRODUCING BIOMASS
ENERGY PRODUCTS.
Whereas Apted Technologies desires to enter into certain agreements with the goal of
producing biomass energy products, and whereas certain remote communities have
expressed an interest in creating joint ventures to produce biomass energy products. And
whereas Dan Apted is traveling to those remote communities to consult with them about
how to build those production facilities. Be it hereby resolved that Dan Apted is fully and
solely authorized to bind Apted Technologies into one or more business relationships,
partnerships, LLC corporations, sales contracts or agreements without limitations in
dollar value, as he determines is best on behalf of Apted Technologies Inc. .
The undersigned hereby certifies that she is the duly elected and qualified Secretary and
the custodian of the Books and records and seal of Apted Technologies Inc, a
corportation duly formed pursuant to the laws of the sate of Alaska, and that the
foregoing is a true recond of a resolution duly adopted at a meeting of the Board of
Directors and that said meeting was held in accordance with state law and the Bylaws of
the above named Corporation on November 5th 2008, and that said resolution is now in
full force and effect without modification or rescission.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have executed my name as Secretary and have hereunto
affixed the corporate seal of the above-named Corporation this 5th day of November
