a) I authorize this grant application for the October, 8th 2008 round of funding. I
approve of EarthRun Energy's Sustainable Urban Forestry Project and vouch that
the information in the application is true.
b) I authorize Erin Phillips to be EarthRun Energy's point of contact, knowing he
stands for everything stated in the application.
c) EarthRun Energy has complied with all laws pertinent up to this point in the
application process.
