1. Authorizing this application for project funding at the match amounts indicated in
the application;
2. Authorizing Teresa Chan, the individual named as point of contact to represent
Agenor Resource Technologies, for the purposes of this Application
3. That Agenor Resource Technologies is in compliance with all federal, state and
local laws including existing credit and federal tax obligations.
