Alaska (“CCTHITA”)
Governing Body Resolution
To Whom It May Concern:
The following is an authorization by me, Percy Frisby, authorizing this application for
project funding for the Alaska Distributed Generation Project by Central Council Tlingit
& Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska, on behalf of and for the benefit of the City of Kake, the
Organized Village of Kake and Kake Tribal Corporation, and brought to us by Bob
Percopo and Teresa Chan of AIG Global Marine and Energy and AIG Tribal Growth.
I affirm that the $250,000 matching contribution by Kake Tribal Corporation in the form
of the land and structure that will be used to house the proposed system is so committed.
I affirm that Teresa Chan shall be the point of contact to represent CCTHITA for the
purposes of this application.
I affirm that CCTHITA is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws including
existing credit and federal tax obligations.
