GROUT SHALL BE FONDU EXPANDING GROUT BASED ON HIGH ALUMINA CEMENT AND MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF US CORPS OF ENGINEERS SPECIFICATION CRD—C621 OR ASTM C1107 FOR NON —SHRINK GROUT. ANCHOR HOLES MUST BE BLOWN CLEAN PRIOR TO FONDU GROUT INSTALLATION. GROUT TO BE TREMIE PLACED FROM BOTTOM OF HOLE SUCH THAT IT DISPLACES ALL AIR AND WATER AND SHALL FILL ALL VOIDS AND CRACKS. CONTINUE UNTIL STEADY STREAM OF GROUT EXITS TOP OF HOLE. ROLLED SECTIONS TO BE ASTM A36, OR A992, OR A572-50. ALL STEEL PLATE 50 KSI MINIMUM YIELD STRENGTH COMPLYING WITH ASTM A6. FABRICATION AND ERECTION PER AISC SPECIFICATIONS. SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS TO ENGINEER FOR APPROVAL. WELDING PER AWS D1.1. MINIMUM SIZE WELDS 3/16' CONTINUOUS FILLET. WELDERS CERTIFIED PER AMERICAN WELDING SOCIETY FOR ROD AND POSITION. ELECTRODES SHALL BE E70XX MINIMUM, WITH MINIMUM CHARPY V—NOTCH TOUGHNESS OF 20 FT —LB AT —20 DEG F. HIGH —STRENGTH THREADED ROD PER ASTM F1554, GRADE 55, HOT DIP GALVANIZED PER ASTM A153. ALL STEEL TO BE PAINTED WITH SSPC SYSTEM 1.12.
