Dear Mr. White
The management team of Banner Wind LLC has authorized staff to pursue project funding for
our Windmill Project in Nome, Alaska as described in the attached application for a grant from
the Renewable Energy Fund from Alaska Energy Authority. Banner Wind, LLC is authorized to
provide a 20% (twenty percent) match to the project.
Melinda Erickson, is authorized to be the point of contact to represent Banner Wind LLC for the
purposes of this grant application.
The undersigned certifies that this application for a renewable energy grant is truthful and
correct, and that the applicant is in compliance with, and will continue to comply with, all federal
and state laws including existing credit and federal tax obligations.
