IN 8 LOCATIONS AT TOP OF PEDESTAL.
2. ERECT TOWER BASE AND LEVEL USING HALF -HEIGHT JAM NUTS.
3. GROUT UNDER TOWER BEARING PLATE,
4. LOWER HALF -HEIGHT JAM NUTS AFTER PLACING GROUT UNDER
TOWER BEARING PLATE. GROUT POCKETS.
5. TENSION RODS TO 245 kN/BOLT USING HYDRAULIC JACK.
TENSION LOAD TO BE INDEPENDENTLY TESTED (PAID BY OWNER).
6. THE TOP OF THE ROD AND NUT ABOVE THE TOWER BEARING
PLATE SHALL BE COVERED WITH DENSO PASTE.
APPLY A FINAL PLASTIC PROTECTION CAP OVER THE GREASED ROD,
TWIST CAP TO CAPTURE FLATS OF NUTS. DRIVE CAP DOWN
USING A DEAD BLOW MALLET. GREASE AND CAPS TO BE SUPPLIED
