NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation affirms its approval to apply for Design/Build development funding in response to a request for proposals from the Denali Commission being administered by the Alaska Energy Authority for the amount of $11.3 million in AEA funds and $3 million in matching funds; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that BBAHC's Board of Directors has duly authorized President / Chief Executive Officer Robert J. Clark to represent BBAHC for the purpose of this application; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation affirms that it is in good standing with respect to its existing credit and federal tax obligations.
