It is with great pleasure that I'm writing you in recommendation of Mr. Austin Johnson. As Austin's
direct supervisor during his three years of summer employment with Rust's Flying Service I've had a
wonderful opportunity to watch him mature into a great leader. He was always a great employee;
punctual, attentive, and hard working. When I asked if he was interested in the position of Lead Ramp
Hand he seized the opportunity and neither of us have had reason to regret our decisions. He is both a
team player and team leader able to motivate through spoken, written, and physical example. Austin
possesses an untiring work -ethic, amazing attention to detail, and deep drive to excel in all endeavors.
Austin's employment with Rust's has made my job both easier and more enjoyable, and he will be
missed as he moves on to bigger and better things.
