The Applicant should demonstrate that the renewable energy resource is available on a
sustainable basis.
Annual average resource availability. 30,000 tons of municipal solid waste plus material
in the existing landfill. Additional sources --
hazardous, medical, bio-solid and other types of
commercial and military waste to be determined
Unit depends on project type (e.g. windspeed, hydropower output, biomasss fuel) - waste
conversion including landfill gases.
