ALASKA RECYCLING ENERGY, LLC
RESOLUTION
The undersigned, Donald W. West, acting in his legal capacity as the sole Managing
Member of Alaska Recycling Energy, LLC, ("hereinafter the "Company") in lieu of a
formal meeting hereby resolves and authorizes the Company to submit a Grant
Application to the Alaska Energy Authority for the funding of a Resource Assessment,
Feasibility Analysis, and Conceptual Design Study for a proposed waste to energy plant
for the Municipality of Anchorage, for the Fairbanks North Star Borough, for the
Matanuska-Susitna Borough, and for a Reconnaissance Study for the City and Borough
of Juneau and for Ward Cove, Ketchikan, under the Renewable Energy Grant Fund
Application Process that has been published as Requests for Grant Applications (RFA)
AEA-09-004 with an issue date of September 3, 2008. The Grant Applications to be
submitted shall be in such form and content as is acceptable to the Managing Member in
compliance with the Grant Application Guidelines.
The Managing Member is further authorized to take such action and expend such sums as
are necessary to accomplish the same.
