Contacted July 31, 1984, by Charles Elliott. Area of Concern: Questions concerning construction operations and wildlife collisions. Comments: Amount of truck traffic on roads in winter will be much less than in summer due to expected decrease in quarry operations. Will be 24 hour shifts working in winter for some operations (eg. tunneling) but generally the activity will be localized and the traffic volume on the access roads less than in summer.
