APA no. 1855 in the Susitna Hydroelectric Project Document Index (1988), compiled by the
Alaska Power Authority.
Alaska Energy Authority has specified that this volume may not be posted online in its
entirety. Users wishing permission to access the document are advised to contact the Alaska
Office of History and Archaeology (OHA). If permission is granted, both electronic and paper
copies are available at ARLIS.
