Many, ifnot all nfour double pared windows are leaking and during cold weather itiahard mkeep the building warm. 6.Additional Comments We would like to use local hire and local suppliers as much as possible with this grant. The City offices, a multi -purpose room, council chambers, and garage for Kachemak's fire truck are located inthe Community Center. The City of Seldovia commits to making staff available to assist in the coordination with the selected service provider. This includes project planning, allowing access mall buildings and facilities inatime appropriate manner and providing local transportation. The city manager will bo the point person for the service provider.
