The following computation will summarize the negotiated adjustments to the scope -of -work for
Decommissioning Tanks and Piping.

Note: It is believed that approximately
700 gallons of accumulated water was
treated and disposed on -site. The basic
unit (spent) was donated to the Tank

A total of 45 drums were accumulated
resultant of tank and pipeline
deconmu ssioning. 18 drums were
identified as the quantity to be expected.
45 minus 18 = 27 excess drums
$1,425 per drum Cost $38,475.00
Total $36,470.00
Net Change of Contract Sum $36,470.00
