In regards to; NCI DCVR#8 We are requesting permission to hang fuel oil pipe on east
side ofUVEC power plant building to circumvent all existing utility lines that are present
along proposed route as pictured on C-12 LCMF drawings for the Unalakleet Bulk Fuel
Project. Ce uZkp�—
During consauction of said piping we will be on the property o A!"I and we would like
to have permission from the local represenitive to encroach on the property we will not
disturb any ground and will leave property in same as or better condition. The pipe will
be hung from the existing UVEC Power Plant Building and will not have any long term
impact on the property.
