To Whom it May Concern:
Field locates have indicated numerous existing aerial and underground utilities to the
north and west of the Unalakleet Valley Electrical Coop Power Plant in Unalakleet,
Alaska. UVEC personnel have indicated a desire to avoid any potential conflict NNrith
other utilities and to reduce the risk of damage to the new fuel oil supply pipe line to the
Power Plant.
Permission is hereby granted to surface the pipeline near the northeast corner of the
Power Plant and to affix the pipeline to the easterly and southeasterly exterior building
wall. The pipeline will be supported by the building structure and will not penetrate the
building.
A grant of permission from the adjacent property owner ((inalakleet Native Corparation)
to construct, operate and maintain the pipeline is attached.

To Whom It May Concern:
Unalakleet Native Corporation (UNC) does not object to the
establishment of a fuel oil pipeline attached to the easterly exterior wall of
the Unalakleet Valley Electrical Coop (UVEC) Power Plant located in
Unalakleet, Alaska.
The pipeline will be in close proximity to the properly of UNC, but will
not encroach upon the property: The pipeline will be above ground and
exposed to view. No damage or disturbance to the properly is expected.
UNC hereby grants permission for ingress and egress to UVEC, their
assigns and Hankal Construction, Inc. for construction, operation and
maintenance of the pipeline. Any incidental damage or disturbance to the
property will be repaired to the original condition.
