DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST:
The 4" dia. Gasoline supply is to run atop the 6" timber dike. wall
(see sheet M-13_), There is not enough clearance to mouth the pig
catchier low paint piping and drain valve (see -detail 2/M-2). Contractor
suggests offsetting the pig catcher in board of the dike wall as
indicated on the sketch provided. Please advise.
