Attached is a copy of HCI DCVR 20, regarding requests for EPA ID numbers for tanks and
piping to be decommissioned. As we discussed, I am not aware that these tanks are
regulated, but I don't profess to be an expert in this area either. My understanding is
that you will handle this with Hankal, but let me know if you would like us to look into
this further.
