This DC/VR supersedes submission No. 13200.13 part 2.
Seven 46,600 gallon tanks are required to have relief valves.
Construct all seven tanks with appurtenances arranged as shown on the
attached drawing (DCVR LCMF-04). Please note new piping arrangement
to 2" PRV for tanks #1, 13 and 19 as shown on attached drawing DCVR
LCMF-04. Piping for PRVs on tanks #7, 9, 15 and 24 will remain as
depicted on drawing M-4, detail 1/M-4.
