INSULATION BOARD (ELEV. = 17.17). THE BID CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLETE
FINAL GRADING AND COMPACTION OF THE SITE BEFORE PLACING RIGID
INSULATION OF FILL MATERIAL.
B. FLAT -LOOP THERMOSYPHONS INCLUDING; EVAPORATORS, CONDENSERS,
CHARGING, COMMISSIONING, AND VERIFICATION OF PROPER THERMOSYPHON
OPERATION APPROXIMATELY ONE YEAR FOLLOWING INSTALLATION.
INSTALLATION OF CONDENSERS, CHARGING, AND COMMISSIONING OF THE
THERMOSYPHONS SHALL BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30, 2006.
THIS WILL REQUIRE 3 WEEKS TO COMPLETE, AND WRITTEN NOTIFICATION 1

ALL PRESSURE TREATED POSTS REQUIRED FOR BULK TANK FARM DIKE WALLS.
THIS INCLUDES APPROXIMATELY 154 PRESSURE TREATED TIMBER POST
LOCATIONS. THE BID CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONFIRMING
LOCATIONS OF THERMOSYPHON LOOPS PRIOR TO INSTALLING TIMBER POSTS, OR
OTHER BELOW GRADE STRUCTURES, AND FOR REPAIRING DAMAGE TO
THERMOSYPHON LOOPS AS A RESULT OF THE CONTRACTORS OPERATIONS.
