ELECTRIC HOSE REEL 'HR-Y' HOSE REEL ENCLOSURE LIGHTS — &LIGHT SWITCHES SEE 1/E10 FOR CONTROL CIRCUIT. ACTUATED BALL VALVE A-X ACTUATED BALL VALVE A-Y TRANSFER PUMP TP-Y AVIATION SERVICE FUEL TRANSFER: (SCHOOL, CORPORATION SIMILAR} FIRST, THE FUEL SYSTEM ON/OFF SELECTOR SWITCH IN PANEL 'CP-4' MUST BE TURNED "ON" FOR ALL CONTROL FUNCTIONS TO OPERATE. AN INDICATOR LIGHT IS ACTIVATED ON THE PANEL 'CP-4'. NEXT, TO TRANSFER FUEL TO THE TRUCK FILL, THE CORRESPONDING TRUCK FILL FUEL ON/OFF SELECTOR SWITCH MUST BE TURNED "ON" (AV GAS OR JET "A"}. AN INDICATOR LIGHT IS ACTIVATED ON THE PANEL 'CP-4'. TO TRANSFER AV GAS, THE USER SELECTS THE AMOUNT OF FUEL THEY WANT TO TRANSFER FROM THE PRESET METER THEN PUSHES THE REMOTE "START" BUTTON AT THE AV GAS PORTION OF THE HOSE REEL CABINET. THAT WILL SEND A SIGNAL TO OPEN THE ACTUATED BALL VALVE 'A-4'. AS SOON AS THE VALVE BEGINS TO OPEN, A "VALVE OPEN" LIGHT IS ILLUMINATED. WHEN THE ACTUATED BALL VALVE IS FULLY OPENED, A SIGNAL IS SENT TO START THE TRANSFER PUMP 'TP-3'. THIS WILL ALLOW FUEL TO FLOW FROM ONE OF THE MANUALLY SELECTED BULK TANKS TO THE TRUCK FILL STATION. A PUMP RUNNING LIGHT WILL BE ILLUMINATED AT PANEL 'CP-4' INDICATING THAT PUMP 'TP-3' IS "ON". TIMER 'T-1' IS ENABLED TO ALLOW THE PUMP TO BE OPERATIONAL FOR AN ADJUSTABLE 2-120 MINUTES_ TO STOP THE FILL OPERATION, THE USER PRESSES THE REMOTE "STOP" BUTTON AT THE HOSE REEL CABINET, CAUSING ACTUATED BALL VALVE 'A-4' TO CLOSE AND THE PUMP 'TP-3' TO STOP. A LIGHT SHALL BE ILLUMINATED AT THE CONTROL PANEL 'CP-4' WHEN ACTUATED BALL VALVE 'A-4' IS FULLY CLOSED, THE PUMP 'ON' LIGHT SHALL BE TURNED OFF AS WELL. IF THE PRESET METER REACHES ITS LIMIT, IT DOES THE SAME FUNCTION AS THE STOP BUTTON. JET "A" FUEL TRANSFER IS SIMILAR TO AV GAS ONLY IT OPERATES ACTUATED BALL VALVE 'A-5' AND 'TP-4'. IF EMERGENCY PUSHBUTTONS `EM-1' OR 'EM-2 ARE ACTIVATED, IT DOES THE SAME FUNCTION AS THE "STOP" BUTTON, PLUS ALL CONTROL POWER IS SHUT DOWN AT THE CONTROL PANEL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE EM LOCKOUT RELAY, HEATER AND THE AREA LIGHTING CONTROL. A LIGHT IS ALSO ACTIVATED AT THE LOCAL CONTROL PANEL AND AT COMMON CONTROL PANEL 'CP-6'. IN THE EVENT THAT THE ACTUATED BALL VALVE(S) ARE OPEN WHEN ANY OF THE EM STOPS ARE PRESSED, A SIGNAL SHALL BE SENT FOR EACH VALVE TO CLOSE. ONCE ALL OF THE VALVES ARE FULLY CLOSED, ALL POWER SHALL BE DEACTIVATED AT THE ACTUATED BALL VALVE. TO RESET THE SYSTEM, THE EM STOP MUSHROOM BUTTONS EM-1 AND EM-2 MUST BE PULLED BACK OUT WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESET THE SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL. CORPORATION UNLEADED BULK TANKS -CONTROL PANEL 'CP-5 ('CP-4' SIMILAR) IN THE EVENT THAT ONE OF THE GASOLINE BULK TANKS HIGH LEVEL SWITCHES ARE ACTIVATED, A COMMON HORN AND STROBE WILL BE ACTIVATED. IF THE ALARM 'SILENCE' BUTTON IS PRESSED, THE ALARM HORN IS DEACTIVATED (THE STROBE STAYS ENERGIZED). ONCE THE FAULT IS CLEARED AND THE RESET BUTTON IS PRESSED, THE HORN SIGNAL RETURNS TO ITS PREVIOUS STATE.
