We hereby certify that the tanks constructed for the Unaiakleet Bulk Fuel
Upgrade Project Number 2K6-100 and as described as follows:`°Tank Serial
Numbers 21803--1, 81203-2, 81203-3, and 81203-4, 25'-2" diameter by 24'-
0" tall with a conical fixed roof meet all applicable requirements of API 650,
Tenth Edition, Addendum 4, Appendix A, dated December 2005, including
the requirements for design, and fabrication.

Any information and documentation involving UL Mark services are provided on behalf of Underwriters
Laboratories Inc. (UL) or any authorized licensee of UL.
UL's investigation 'of your product has been completed under the above project number and the subject product
was determined to comply with the applicable requirements.
At your request our focal Field Representative,13ill Dotter, has witnessed leakage testing on vertical
aboveground tanks -manufactured at your facility and installed in Unalakleet, Alaska. He has confirmed that the
vacuum box leakage test was conducted in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and reviewed the
records for the 23 vertical aboveground tanks installed in Unalakleet, Alaska. Based on the results of this
testing, we have confirmed. that these tanks are leak tight
