"*Editor's note:Resolution 13-1 was not approved by the affirmative vote of the Alaska Energy Authority.Therefore,
pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Amended and Restated Alaska Intertie Agreement,IMC approval of Resolution 13-1 did
not adopt any of the Reliability Standards and enforcement processes,including sanctions and other remedies.”

How is this retraction done?|read in 3.1.2 of the 10 day written notice.Is this just to the IMC?Please let me know

Greetings:
A clarification is necessary so that the IMC adoption of Resolution 13-1 does not create future public confusion.
Resolution 13-1 was not approved by the affirmative vote of the Alaska Energy Authority.Therefore,pursuant to Section
3.1 of the Amended and Restated Alaska Intertie Agreement,IMC approval of Resolution 13-1 did not adopt any of the
Reliability Standards and enforcement processes,including sanctions and other remedies.
That clarification could be accomplished in several ways.In order to minimize the risk of confusion,|suggest the recently
distributed copy of Resolution 13-1 be retracted so that language in the paragraph above can added as an editors'note
to the resolution.That way,the clarification will be integrated into the resolution.
if anyone disagrees,please share an alternative suggestion(s).
