LINTEC's business started in the asphalt in- dustry, way back in 1919.With the "inven- tion”of containerized asphalt mixing plants, LINTEC also entered into the field of project related mixing plants. It was obvious, that this request would also be demanded from the concrete industry. In 1999 LINTEC was approached by German company HeilittWoerner to design and de- velop a containerized concrete mixing plant for international use and airport and concrete highway pavements. One of the key points was, besides the flexibility in transportation, to be able to produce two different types of concrete in one mixing plant. After this first model and prototype, still in use until today after production of millions of cubic meter, several other models have been developed in order to have a full line of concrete mixing 2 plants, all of them featuring the advantages of containerization in comparison to conven- tional plants due to their modular construc- tion. All plants can be opted by a range of additional equipment which ensures the spe- cific requirements of every job site. Nowadays,LINTEC concrete mixing plants can be found on prestigious job sites all over the world, such as concrete highways in Germany, airport projects in Russia,con- structions in the Middle East (like Dubai Palm Islands)etc. LINTEC today is a global player with sub- sidiaries in Singapore,China,Poland,India and Brazil as well as worldwide represent- atives offering the technical know-how with experience for optimal solutions. Concrete Batching Plants LINTEC Containerized batching plants offer the production of highest quality concrete with an output of up to 240 m°per hour. The state-of- the-art concept supplies the perfext mix and allows highest flexibility. Erection and Testing Prior to Shipment Plants are erected at the factory and run through a test phase to ensure smooth erection at the job site. Low Transportation Costs Each plant component is supplied in a 100 % ISO sea container, which has been inspected and certified by Germanischer Lloyd/Dekra. No Concrete Foundations The ground area of the containers ensures stability on suitably compacted soil. Plant Types Plant Building Concept The LINTEC tower plant comprises stacked containers which provide a pleasing industrial factory view.Twin stacked containers have a fully protected central stairway giving easy ac- cess to each container floor. Plant Security The plant tower can only be accessed via one main lockable security door. This prevents un- authorized access to the plant and the risk of theft and vandalism. |Concrete Batching Mixing Plants aR Model |cc1500B |Cc 2000 Plant Capacity |60m*%/hour |80 m°/hour |cc2000B |cc3000B |cc3000D |9Om%Y/hour |120 m%/hour __|240 m°/hour LINTEC CC 1500 B -60 m° 1 Smallest LINTEC con- tainerized Concrete Mixing Plant with a capacity of 60 m3/h for mobile as well as stationary use. 2 Detailed view Mixer Low slump capacity Mineral aggregate storage Additive fluid weigh scale Conveying by Twin shaft compulsory mixer Mixer Size (input dry /output wet) Production at 45 s cycle Inline unit 40',volume No.of compartments Contents |Inclined conveyor Binder/cement storage |Number of binder /cement silos max. 1 2.000 /1.330 60 90 'wh SanemMTtNAi=| }} Bo CC 1500 B -Control cabin view CC 1500 -Plant at jobsite ie LINSTAL test erection area ed Twinshaft mixer 3 m? LINSTAL -State-of-the-Art Production Site In 2007 LINSTAL was founded as a subsidiary company of LINTEC GmbH &Co.KG,Buxtehude,Germany.After completion of a new manufacturing site in 2010,LINSTAL started production utilising the latest engineering techniques and proven manufacturing knowledge. Located in Jasien (Poland),the main state-of- the-art production facility for Europe has a total area of 85.000 m?,where 140 employees man- ufacture 11 different types of LINTEC Mixing Plants. All manufacturing processes from pro- filing to final assembly of the containers take place within the factory and to ensure a high quality and durable paint finish, all steel plate is cleaned and shot-blasted before processing. High manufacturing standards and the com- pletion of a full test erection of each plant ensure that high quality is maintained.A pre- despatch inspection by the customer is wel- comed before every plant is disassembled and prepared for shipping to the construction site. 13 aa olrCC1500B-60m2 =e *CC 15 eeeRSQSSS Ssewm ew ewe AgsteSBOEABPoARi SsbAVAYVTEA -CC 3000 B =120,m3 a):ae Le ae,/;.#CC 3000B-120 m>_ i i ve press a amikchtiks a oe a7 :ae | ve '=Sy j CC 3000 D -240 m> Mixer Low slump capacity Mineral aggregate storage Additive fluid weigh scale Conveying by Binder/cement storage |Number of binder /cement silos max. Obviously, the ice production in hot climates is one of the most expensive methods of concrete cooling. Our target is to avoid the ice produc- tion and to use a more intelligent and economical way for concrete cooling. Our solution is to cool all aggregates directly. For this purpose we have developed a patented process which uses only cooled water and air to cool the fine sand as well as the bigger aggregates. This type of aggregate cooling en- ables production of concrete without the use of ice in hot climates. 10 The principle The cooling principle of the ACS (Aggregate Cooling System)is based on natural evaporation. Evaporation,in comparison with other competing methods like convection, conduction and thermal radiation,is the most effective way to abstract thermal energy. In our technology, the basic media are cold water and hot ambient air. In the first step hot ambient air is cooled by cold water and in the next step it comes into contact with the aggregates inside the cooling device. The stream of cold air flows around the warm and humid aggregates generating the evaporation on their surface. As a result of this process the aggregates become cooler. The advantages The use of the ACS lowers the operating costs by more than 50%in comparison with traditional methods. Low transport costs and short erec- tion time due to modular concept (100%sea containers CSE approved by German Lloyd or DEKRA). The ACS works perfectly as a new device as well as retrofit. The ACS operates fully automatically and is easy to integrate in the existing concrete plant. Total water consumption is not more than when using ice cooling methods.
