SPECIAL MEETING
February 18, 2025
Alaska Energy Authority Board Room
1. CALL TO ORDER
Dan Bishop called the meeting of the Alaska Intertie Management Committee to order on
February 18, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL FOR COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Members present: Bill Price (Alaska Energy Authority), Andrew Laughlin (Chugach Electric
Association), Tony Zellers (Matanuska Electric Association), Dan Bishop (Golden Valley Electric
Association). A quorum was established.
3. PUBLIC ROLL CALL
Jennifer Bertolini (AEA); Joel Paisner (Ascent Law Partners); Mark Ziesmer (AEA); Patrick
Domitrovich (AEA); Paul Millwood, (CEA).
4. AGENDA APPROVAL
Mr. Bishop asked if there were any modifications to the agenda.
The agenda was approved without objection.

6. APPROVAL OF PRIOR MINUTES — None.
7. NEW BUSINESS - None
8. OLD BUSINESS
8A. FY 25 Budget Amendment
Mr. Bishop asked if there has been any public comment on the posted budget amendment.
Jennifer Bertolini stated there have been no public comments received.
MOTION: A motion was made by Mr. Price to approve the posted FY 25 Amended Budget
as proposed. Motion was seconded by Mr. Laughlin.
There was no discussion.
The motion to approve the FY 25 Amended budget passed unanimously.

9. MEMBER COMMENTS
Mr. Priced thanked the Committee for convening and approving the Amended FY 25Budget. He
also said AEA would determine if any disaster declaration is possible to apply money for the
repairs.
Mr. Laughlin echoed the comments of Mr. Price and thanked the Committee for the efforts of
setting up the meeting, posting the budget and approving it.
Mr. Zellers agreed and had no further comments.
Mr. Bishop also agreed and appreciated everyone's participation.
10. NEXT MEETING DATE— March 21, 2025
11. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business of the IMC, the meeting adjourned at 8:07 am.
