product has exceeded expectations during the 11 months of efforts since the Legislature and
the Governor gave the assignment. Mr. Thayer is pleased that the filing will be completed
tomorrow. Additional information within the next six months will determine next steps in the
process. He reiterated his thanks to all involved.
Chair Izzo noted that Claire Latta-Knudsen, RCA, posted a comment on the Teams meeting
saying thank you.
Vice Chair Million commented on the great work completed by all. He noted that the efforts to
reach this goal were considerable, including working this weekend. He complimented the team
and the Governance Committee for working through the issues to reach tomorrow's filing date.
Ms. Lambe reiterated the comments of appreciation for the efforts. She looks forward to
beginning the next chapter of these endeavors.
Mr. Miller echoed the recognition and appreciation of the previous comments, especially to the
Working Group, Ms. Bertolini, Ms. Grovier, Carl Monroe, Munro Advisors, LLC, and to the
Governance Committee members. He looks forward to tomorrow's filing, and to the next
segment of the filing process.
Chair Izzo echoed the positive comments of others, especially to the Working Group and Mr.
Heckman. He expressed congratulations to all involved in this process. There were no other
comments or questions.
11.NEXT MEETING DATE
Chair Izzo indicated that the next meeting date is tentatively scheduled for July 18, 2025, at
10:00 a.m. in the AEA conference room. There were no comments or questions.
12.ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business for the committee, the meeting adjourned at 12:48 p.m.
