It is the intent of the legislature that the Alaska Energy Authority award $25,000,000 of grants 27
from the Renewable Energy Fund to the projects listed as the top ranked $25,000,000 on the 28
Renewable Energy Fund, Round II prioritized project list, dated March 23, 2009. 29
