Education for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, are appropriated to the origination fee 1
account (AS 14.43.120(u)) within the education loan fund (AS 14.42.210(a)) of the Alaska 2
Student Loan Corporation for the purposes specified in AS 14.43.120(u). 3
(c) The sum of $1,202,568,100 is appropriated from the general fund to the public 4
education fund (AS 14.17.300). 5
(d) The following amounts are appropriated to the oil and hazardous substance release 6
prevention account (AS 46.08.010(a)(1)) in the oil and hazardous substance release 7
prevention and response fund (AS 46.08.010(a)) from the sources indicated: 8
(1) the balance of the oil and hazardous substance release prevention 9
mitigation account (AS 46.08.020(b)) in the general fund on July 1, 2014, estimated to be 10
$2,700,000, not otherwise appropriated by this Act; 11
(2) the amount collected for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, estimated to 12
be $6,700,000, from the surcharge levied under AS 43.55.300. 13
(e) The following amounts are appropriated to the oil and hazardous substance release 14
response account (AS 46.08.010(a)(2)) in the oil and hazardous substance release prevention 15
and response fund (AS 46.08.010(a)) from the following sources: 16
(1) the balance of the oil and hazardous substance release response mitigation 17
account (AS 46.08.025(b)) in the general fund on July 1, 2014, estimated to be $700,000, not 18
otherwise appropriated by this Act; 19
(2) the amount collected for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, from the 20
surcharge levied under AS 43.55.201, estimated to be $1,700,000. 21
(f) The interest earned during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, by the Alaska 22
marine highway system fund (AS 19.65.060(a)), estimated to be $88,700, is appropriated to 23
the Alaska marine highway system fund (AS 19.65.060(a)). It is the intent of the legislature 24
that the interest earned on the balance of the Alaska marine highway system fund 25
(AS 19.65.060(a)) be accounted for separately from the program receipts from vessel 26
operations. 27
(g) The sum of $20,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the renewable 28
energy grant fund (AS 42.45.045(a)). 29
(h) The sum of $39,921,078 is appropriated from the general fund to the regional 30
educational attendance area and small municipal school district school fund 31
