HomeMy WebLinkAboutTransfer - SLA 15, Ch 38, Sec 27, Pg 40, Lns 21-25 Enrolled SB 26 -40- and unobligated balances, estimated to be a total of $1,906,475, of the following 1 appropriations are reappropriated to the commercial vessel passenger tax account 2 (AS 43.52.230): 3 (1) sec. 4, ch. 15, SLA 2009, page 46, lines 15 - 17 (Wasilla, airport train 4 station improvements - $430,000), estimated balance of $326,475; 5 (2) sec. 4, ch. 15, SLA 2009, page 47, lines 11 - 12, and allocated on page 47, 6 lines 22 - 23 (Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, cruise ship-related projects, 7 Homer, Homer Spit pathway - $2,000,000), estimated balance of $830,000; 8 (3) sec. 4, ch. 15, SLA 2009, page 47, lines 11 - 12, and allocated on page 48, 9 lines 15 - 16, as amended by sec. 41(b), ch. 5, FSSLA 2011 (Department of Transportation 10 and Public Facilities, improve the pedestrian environment and access along Hazlet Drive in 11 Valdez and adjacent cruise ship dock upland areas and parks, which may include decorative 12 street lighting, interpretive signage, trails, benches, landscaping, or other aesthetic amenities), 13 estimated balance of $750,000. 14 * Sec. 27. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY, AND ECONOMIC 15 DEVELOPMENT. (a) The unexpended and unobligated balance, not to exceed $330,000 of 16 the estimated balance of $12,500,000, of the appropriation made in sec. 4, ch. 5, FSSLA 2011, 17 page 137, lines 21 - 23 (Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, 18 AEA, Mount Spurr geothermal project development - $12,500,000) is reappropriated to the 19 Alaska Energy Authority for the electrical emergencies program. 20 (b) The unexpended and unobligated balance, not to exceed $9,512,659, remaining 21 after the appropriation made in (a) of this section, of the appropriation made in sec. 4, ch. 5, 22 FSSLA 2011, page 137, lines 21 - 23 (Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic 23 Development, AEA, Mount Spurr geothermal project development - $12,500,000) is 24 reappropriated to the renewable energy grant fund (AS 42.45.045). 25 (c) The sum of $75,000 is appropriated from the anatomical gift awareness fund 26 (AS 13.50.160) to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development 27 for payment as a grant under AS 37.05.316 to Life Alaska Donor Services for promoting the 28 donation program described in AS 13.50.150 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. 29 (d) The unexpended and unobligated balance, estimated to be $1,360,000, of the 30 appropriation made in sec. 7, ch. 43, SLA 2010, page 19, lines 30 - 32 (Department of 31
