2. Reference Proposed Scope of Word:
Remove in its entirety, “5. Assistance with proposing and negotiating an alignment of
the inconsistent EPA definitions of rural Alaska in RICE-NESHAP and NSPS – see
references, below”
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
