Congratulations on your reappointment to the Renewable Energy Fund Advisory Committee. I appreciate your

Boards and Commissions immediately. Receipt of the completed form is required for you to be authorized to exercise the
powers and perform the duties, of your reappointment when your term begins. Please return the signed Code of Conduct
