The Renewable Energy Fund Advisory Committee Meeting convened at 9:08am in Public
Session.
MOTION: Mr. Reeve moved to approve the Meeting Minutes from the December 18, 2008
Renewable Energy Fund Advisory Committee (REFAC) meeting. Seconded by Jodi Mitchell.
Discussed removal of the last paragraph with respect to the Legislature. A voice vote was
taken and the minutes stand approved as amended.
Public Session ended and Executive Session convened at 9:15am.
Executive Session adjourned at 2:38pm and Public Session continued.
The Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) is to draft a report on the selection process, to include a
revision to the evaluation guide, an executive summary, and a two -page report from REFAC
with an appendix from the evaluation guide.
REFAC function was discussed and recommended to be focused on work for ce
development, a Research and Development Fund, and coordinating with the Legislative Task
Force.
The next meeting was set to be decided at a later date.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:12pm.
