collection and analysis of data generated by the project …
Elements of the plan will include, at minimum:
1.Identification of key data points for collection and analysis
2.Overview of instrumentation that will be used to collect the
data
3.Agreements for access to the project instrumentation
4.Plan for accessing/transmitting identified project data
The negotiated data collection plan will be incorporated into the
grant agreement…
