(inadequate time for new solicitation/evaluation)
iii) Potential changes – e.g. request $ amount rather than line item appropriation, request $ to
be held for a year to allow time for a solicitation - allowing for line item appropriation, use
some earnings to capitalize an RE specific loan fund/recapitalize the PPF, etc.
